Richard Smith
Ever since I can remember, I’ve been drawn to understanding human nature. Why we think, feel, and act as we do. To serve others, I had to go first on my own journey of self-discovery, seeking clarity about who I am and what truly matters most.
If you want to understand others, first understand yourself. Since 2011, I have been coaching individuals in self-exploration and purposeful growth. My approach is grounded in mindfulness, helping clients explore and break through barriers to progress while nurturing resilience and deeper understanding.
I was trained at the University of Hertfordshire and Ashridge Business School; over the years, I’ve offered workshops and presentations to help others discover their potential. My work today is informed by existential coaching and a passion for mindful attention. A process that deepens presence, self-awareness, and positive change.
